Performance Characteristic
★ The shell of the oil cooler is designed using 3D sheet metal software and processed using precision laser numerical control sheet metal equipment. The surface is electrostatically sprayed with plastic, resulting in a beautiful and durable appearance. The condenser adopts thickened internally threaded copper tubes and corrugated aluminum foil fins, with high heat transfer efficiency and energy saving!
★ Oil coolers reduce the temperature of oil products, prevent oil quality from deteriorating, oxidizing, and evaporating due to high temperatures, maintain oil viscosity, stabilize oil pressure, prevent oil shock, extend the service life of equipment, solenoid valves, etc., and improve machine tool machining accuracy. An independent silent oil pump circulation system is installed inside the oil cooler. The oil pump sucks in the oil from the tank, cools it down by the oil cooler, and sends it back to the tank to keep the oil temperature constant at the set temperature.

Technical description
1. 2. Refrigeration capacity parameter basis: measured under the conditions of ambient temperature 35 ℃, oil inlet temperature 35 ℃, oil outlet temperature 30 ℃, and 46 # hydraulic oil as the test oil.
3. The oil suction port of the oil cooler must be connected with a hard pipe and equipped with a filter. It is strictly prohibited to install a valve at the oil outlet.
4. The length of the oil suction pipe should not exceed 1.5 meters, and if it exceeds, the oil suction diameter must be thickened.
5. Scope of work: The oil temperature range is 30 ℃ to 40 ℃, and the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the oil temperature is 3 ℃ to 8 ℃. The operating environment temperature cannot exceed 40 ℃, and high-temperature models should be selected if the ambient temperature is higher than 40 ℃.
